Processing Time
Orders take 1-2 business days to process, pack, and ship after payment has been verified. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after shipping. Deliveries occur only on weekdays.
U.S. Shipping Only
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our facility, responsibility is transferred to the carrier. Vivchews is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Undeliverable or Returned Orders
It’s the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be issued store credit minus the original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been marked as shipped. If we’re able to cancel your order, your items will be returned to inventory and a store credit will be issued. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
